Lovely little apartment in amazing location

Fab location ,well equipped apartment, lovely little welcome package ,comfy bed ,good instructions for appliances if needed ...and great host ,just a great little beachfront getaway

Not a lot not to like ,if I was being picky the windows would have had a great view over the sand dunes if they had been cleaned outside ,but the weekend previous had been quite a storm,so forgivable ,and the internal bathroom smelt very musty but again only a small fan so it is what it is ,very very clean apartment

Outstanding location

This property's location is simply superb. It is in the heart of Perranporth and within walking distance of everything in the town. Within the flat, there is everything you would need: plates, glasses etc. There is even a dog bed, blanket and bowl, which was really helpful. The beds were comfortable and the apartment very clean. Thankfully, as the weather was a little disappointing during our stay, a few games were provided too. It certainly provided a few hours of entertainment when needed. The host was attentive in her communication. I never needed to chase for information regarding checkin/ out. It was always provided in good time. There was an extensive information pack provided which was really helpful and gave me a few ideas of where to visit whilst staying in Perranporth. Overall, a really wonderful stay and would be happy to return.

There was only one parking permit. I did spot some visitor bays in the car park, but if travelling with two cars, I would suggest asking the host about the rules/procedures around using a second space. The bed was quite creaky. This was easily solved by putting a cushion behind the headboard. After that, I slept very well. The shower was quite weak, but got the job done.

perfectly located, clean and comfortable. owner also answered the phone when I called straight away to answer a question. the flat was surprisingly spacious as well for a family of four.

Lovely apartment in superb location

Location was excellent - out the car park and onto the beach, or a 2 min walk to town centre. The apartment was comfortable for the four of us, with thoughtful additions. Clean and nicely decorated and well kitted out.

Things got a bit tight when we came back with wet suits to dry. We did use the outside line, but had to bring them in for the evening.

Perfect little apartment on the dunes

Property is in a great location, your a 30sec walk to the beach. Parking spot is a massive convenience. The apartment is big enough for a couple and pet, we found it very cosy and warm. Owner had thought of everything you possibly need. We will deffo be staying again, even the dog was depressed to leave.

Loved every minute of the stay, can't fault the property and wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, a lovely apartment, minutes walk from the beach, shops & bars. Great hosts

The apartment had everything we needed really, with the bonus of a body board and windbreak! It's close proximity to the beach and parking spot is the best thing about this apartment. Out the back gate on you're on Perranporth beach which was perfect for us. We stayed during a very hot week in August and the apartment was always cool! We were surprised when we got back each day that we weren't walking into a sauna!

We are a family of four, with two young kids, and the only slight negative was the space available. There was nowhere for our suitcases to go so they stayed on the lounge floor, but that wouldn't put us off staying again. A dust pan and brush would also be good to help clear up the sand we brought in! :-)

Amazing Place! Perfect Location!

Perfect location. The owners kept in touch, were warm, friendly and helpful. They supplied milk and biscuits. The area is within a block of flats and we were worried about noise when we arrived, but it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Spoke to another lady who owned one of the flats and she said the management keep on top of noise, which was fab to hear. Will be visiting again. Beautifully decorated, obviously loved and looked after. We absolutely loved it. I didn't want to leave! Could easily have bought as a holiday home. Felt at home immediately.

Was a cold weekend, the flat has heaters, they keep the chill out but found it slightly cold. But not enough to impact greatly, blankets solved that problem.

Mattress uncomfortable & could feel the springs & pillows could probably do with replacing ..... but overall probably on par with beds in a caravan.
