Amazing location, great facilities.

Good location for us. Near the sea. Short walk to all the facilities, pubs and shops in Perranporth. Sea view from bedroom is lovely. Well equipped kitchen and good sized sitting room and TV. Good hot showers. Good storage. Plenty of towels and comfy beds. We’re swimmers so you can dry wetsuits in garden and store in utility room. Getting the call when we were driving down that the property was ready at about 2pm was really nice and helpful. I always think 4pm is a bit much when you’re out by 10am.
Flush in downstairs loo is not great. Being on a hill might not suit everyone but if able bodied not a problem and obviously nothing can be done about it anyway - it’s what gives you the view.

Open plan living space and balcony with sea view.
Really close proximity to town but a quiet location
No proper explanation about recycling - incorrect information about recycling.
Better fridge or a separate drinks fridge required for
Size of property.
