Chambres confortables et propres. Vue. Calme.
Se présente comme luxueux et avec piscine. La piscine n’était pas ouverte et était crasseuse de l’hiver. De nous informer aurait été élégant et un rabais opportun. Pas vraiment luxueux… Check-in pénible et assez stressant. Salle de bain sans papier toilette (rouleau vide…), il a fallu chercher dans un placard du deuxième wc. Pas d’info sur options de petit déjeuner. Biscottes, portions de confiture et sachets de thé et café comme unique option dans la cuisine. Nous ne nous sommes pas vraiment sentis accueillis.

sehr sauber, freundlicher empfang durch liebevoll bereitgestellte überraschungen wie blumen, kaffekapseln, seife, shampoo, usw. mit öv gut von lugano erreichbar, auch mit kindern - kinderfreundlich - super wandermöglichkeiten. leider ist der pool nur in der sommersaison betriebsbereit, wir gingen gemäss beschrieb vom ganzjahresbetrieb aus.
