GuestReady - Charming retreat in Funchal

The location is nice, lovely views, the staff were friendly and helpful and answer you at anytime, theres a lot of stuff in the flat like iron, washing machine etc.its mostly clean.

There were small insects in bathroom and kitchen, hair on walls of bathroom, rest of house was clean. Theres only 1 set of keys which made it really difficult with 4 adults. The lock getting into flat is really difficult to use. There is one pillow per person and they cannot provide more and the pillows were hard and resulted in neck pain and discomfort when trying to sleep. Lack of washing and dishwasher tablets so had to buy our own. Should have staples like sugar, salt etc but doesn't. No tea towel only kitchen towel and no cushins on sofa. Finally the outdoor seating only has 2 seats with table and 2 lower seats and its supposed to hold 6 people in flat. We couldnt all sit at small table with only 4 at same time so not sure how 6 people would work. They are also metal seats with no cushins so not very comfy. If these were resolved flat would be 5 stars.

Excelente ubicación, un gran plus que cuente con plaza de garaje. Apartamento en muy buen estado.

Inicio de moho en una de las habitaciones, nada preocupante, pero deberían revisarlo.

Very good apartment, really good position. Clean and very well equipped. Easy self check-in. Definitely recommend

All we can say is wow , amazing location, amazing apartment we were 2 adults 4 children and it suited us perfectly for the museum cr7 and the town x the cable cars are a must too x
