Location location location. Internet. The flat is spotless. The view.
The flat needs a lot of maintenance, the space outside the flat needs to be sorted and I'm afraid doesn't reach any of European fire and safety regulations. The lift didn't work at all so we climbed seven floors every day 😁😁😁.

部屋はとても広くて生活するのに必要な物は何でも揃っていた。オーナーとの連絡は、WhatsAppを通してだが、分からないことをていねいに教えてくれた。
セルディカ駅まで徒歩3分くらいで、どこへ行くにも便利だった。
WhatsAppだけを通してなので、ひょっとしたらロボットなのではと一瞬思ってしまった。

Posizione eccellente, vicinissima alla metro Serdika e a Vitosha Boulevard. Tutte le principali attrazioni della città erano facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. In casa vi era anche una comoda lavatrice. La comunicazione via whatsapp col proprietario è stata veloce e molto semplice
Innanzitutto l'appartamento è raggiungibile solo parzialmente con l'ascensore (che si ferma al piano sesto). La camera da letto era veramente piccolissima con un letto che non era nemmeno a due piazze. Nel bagno la doccia aveva lo scarico a terra (funzionante si, ma comunque scomodo).

El alojamiento genial y súper bien ubicado
A mi personalmente me daba miedo subir en el ascensor porque era muy antiguo y subía y bajaba andando al 7 piso, y eso hacía que me condicionara un poco, pero había ascensor y funcionaba.
