Bardzo dobra i cicha lokalizacja.
Niski standart jak na oczekiwania w Unii Europejskiej, nieszczelne okna - słychać wyraźnie przechodzących ludzi, meble wysłużone.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ωραίο και ζεστό. Είχε ψυγείο , πλυντήριο , εστία και φούρνο μικροκυμάτων.Πεντακάθαρο το είχανε, και το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και ξεκούραστο. Στην αρχή είχα τρομάξει λίγο με όλα αυτά που είχα διαβάσει από προηγούμενους ενοικιαστές για τον λόγο οτι είναι ισόγειο και είναι όλο τζάμι το καθιστικό . Την ημέρα δεν φαίνεται πολύ από έξω ,το βράδυ όμως πρέπει να τραβήξεις τις κουρτίνες γιατί με τα φώτα φαίνονται όλα από μέσα , αλλά εμάς δεν μας πείραξε επειδή τραβούσαμε τις κουρτίνες οπότε δεν φαινόμασταν καθόλου.
Το κακό είναι ότι δεν έχει πάρκινγκ που να μπορείς να παρκάρεις χωρίς πληρωμή , παντού παρκάρεις με πληρωμή. Η μπλε ζώνη είναι 1€ την ώρα και η πράσινη ζώνη είναι 0,50€ η ώρα. Μετά τις 20:00 το βράδυ είναι παντού δωρεάν έως το πρωί 8:30 οπότε αυτό μας βοήθησε στο να παρκάρουμε. Υπάρχουν και ιδιωτικά πάρκινγκ με πληρωμή που μπορείς να παρκάρεις με την ώρα ή 24 ώρες.

Posizione vicino alle fermate dei tram e alla metro Serdika. Arredamento moderno.
La posizione su strada, sul marciapiede. Questo ci ha costretto a stare sempre con le tende chiuse
