Near the metro and vitosha Boulevard.
Some lights heading to your room are photocell and turn of quick before you can open the door.

Next to the centrum.
Some mop will be good to add.

Room was well appointed, also washing machine onsite was useful. Location was amazing.
It was very humid due to being in the basement with limited ventilation. Bathroom was tiny and you are showering from the sink. I had to change the length of my stay but the host refuses to refund me. I messaged him within the free cancellation period but he only responded after the free cancellation period lapsed. Booking.com didn't have option to change dates myself but I could have just cancelled and rebooked during that period.
