Jomtien Treetops Condo

The property felt safe and was clean nice pool , and a 20 minute walk , and coach station 10 minutes

If shower gel shampoo was included it would be really handy , ( but I could have bought this )

I absolutely loved it. The place is super cozy, beautifully set up, and had everything I needed. It felt like a real home away from home. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, and everything around. On the rooftop, there’s a lovely pool and a little gym with amazing views – I spent a lot of time up there enjoying it. Just a small note: the bed is a bit on the firm side. If you prefer a soft mattress, keep that in mind. Personally, I like a firm bed, so for me it was perfect and really good for my back. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Очень удобное расположение кондо. В обе стороны (Jomtien, Center) транспорт ездит в 50 метрах от входа. Wifi 220 Mbps. Обычно немного людей или вообще никого нет в бассейне. Нет проблем с водой в душевой, хороший напор. Раскладной диван, утюг, печь, тостер, стиральная машина, кровать средняя по мягкости. Подходит для длительного проживания. Напротив "русской улицы", где достаточно спокойно можно провести вечер.

Немного "уставший" кондо. В лифтах надписи с угрозами, что нельзя сдавать и снимать посуточно (нарушение законодательства Таиланда, грозят едва ли не тюрьмой и т.д.). Стёкла вокруг бассейна не мыли несколько лет, отчего всё удовольствие от бассейна на крыше несколько хуже и сам бассейн мелкий (1,2 метра реальная глубина). Вид из окон нижних этажей достаточно унылый. В целом достаточно неплохо. Сама квартира хорошая, было очень комфортно.

The flat is spacious, clean and with all the facilities we need as family. Washing machine (best) & electric stove (we were able to cooked) are availablel. There's a near 7-Eleven in the area. The price is reasonable and worth the stay. Safe place though very quiet surroundings. Outlet Mall, Pattaya view point, city sign, Thepprasit Night Market are only a few distance away. Easy check-in & check-out. No deposit required.

Not literally dislike, but I'll just mention what are the things not available. There's no street food market nearby. The condo facilitiy at the ground floor is quiet dark at night, I hope they put more lights. In the flat were we stayed at, there's always a bangging sound of what it seems like a balcony door opeing & closing with force repeatedly. No toiletries, but not an issue. This is manageable. For the price, this is reasonable Otherwise, we loved our stay! .
