Specious apartment with very convenient location, fruit Market, night market 7/11, massage parlours n beer bars etc. Everything is close by.
Villa owner Miss Pat helped through out my entire stay for checkin process and check out.
Shhe really took good care and stayed in touch.
The property is a little old n required to make some renovations, especially the bathroom and shower ( with little pressure)
Wash basin.
Living room airconditioner and compressor sounds loud.

Property is clean and well maintained with all facilities for a small family to stay.
Right next to the night market and park.
Lots of eateries around and good location for a nice stay in pattaya.

Apartment was spacious. Air conditioning was good. Close to lots of restaurants. Good underground car park.
Description is very misleading. There is only one pool, not two. It is in shade most of the day, until about 4pm. There is no restaurant or ATM on site. No security or reception. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Although the apartment is nice, the building seems rather run down. Host was unable to meet us for check in (neighbouring shop owner gave us the key) or check out (cleaner advised how much we need to pay for electricity).
