Franco is nice person. Franco is good helper. Nice swimming pool. Franco took me to nice tour to the city by his car.
Renovation of the room is needed. Sheet and Towels need to be changed to new one. It is hard to reach to Franco or whoever is representing him. Situation will be stuck until he can be reached. Franco should not force guest to write the review according to his order and opinion and in front of him, I have did that, then I change it according to my opinion. Water kettle wasn't working well.
