Having a washing machine.
Weekly clean.
Easy communication through booking.com.
Location was nice and quiet during the night.
Lack of cutlery and basic glasses when we arrived.
The noice of refurbishment from other flats, constant drilling. This occurred after 1st March, in high season no refurbishment work is permitted.
The Internet is not great, it struggled sometimes.
Being charged 900baht in cash (no possibility to pay by card) for a 4pm checkout. It seems expensive.

I could have used more utensils like knives, forks and spoons. I bought four mini-spoons for the apartment.

街に近いのに、とても静か。
ビーチも敷地からすぐ（敷地が広いので徒歩5分かかるが、風が気持ちがいい）
建物自体は古いが、清潔。虫やゴキブリは、一度も見なかった。
部屋は美しく、写真どおり。
５日置きにルームクリーニングがあり、バスタオルやシーツ交換・掃除があった。
・外が静かなだけに、夜中の冷蔵庫のモーター音とシーリングファンのノイズが気になったので
耳栓をして寝た。
・6Fの部屋から海は見えない（ベランダから、遠くに少し見える）ので夕焼けは滞在中見れなかった。
