This may be the best value for what I received of any stay I've had in Thailand, I've included photos of my room, it was great on about every level, and it would have cost (at least) 3 times as much in Bangkok. The balcony was actually my favorite part of the package. There is also a 7-11 type of store in the building open till midnight every day. Quiet location, they don't allow loud motorbikes to come on the property.
My only quibble were they wanted 60 baht to use the pool, which had few loungers, and looked like full time residents were the only ones there (they bring their own chairs) and I don't believe it has a fitness facilty. No one I asked seemed to know and I did not see one.
