Fantastic swimming pool. Kids love it a lot. Spacious room and well equipped with fridge and washing machine.
Excellent location. It is very easy to reach from Jomtien bus station (direct bus from Suvarnabhumi Airport). There's songthaew from in front of complex you can take to go to/from Jomtien beach or Pattaya beach. And there's a supermarket and 7-eleven within 10 mins walk.
There are some presence of insects if ac switched off, and lots of ants as well. If that bothers you, buy some insect sprays in nearby supermarket.

Pool facilities were excellent.
Shower was either cold or warm. Not super clean and old and worn appartment.

clean and fresh
Difficult to pass the security. First they didnt let us in. Then we needed to pay for cleaning of room. No tools for cleaning. We payed more than the expected price.
