The apartment was exceptionally perfect! It was a very nice apartment. We were very happy there. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was very welcoming with a bottle of wine and bottled water. Mario kept in touch with me from the beginning of the booking to the end. He was very helpful. He met us to give us the keys, and he showed us around the apartment. He even told us we could wash our clothes!! He was very nice!
Unfortunately, we had a family emergency so we had to leave early. But we were very impressed with Mario and his apartment, that we will stay there again in the near future!! He was very concerned with our early departure that he messaged us to see how things were!! Very kind of him.
Highly recommend his place. It made you feel like you were at home, but just in Florence.

Our host, Mario, was very attentive, allowed us an early check-in, provided clear information, and was always available to meet our needs. He kindly welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fulfilled a particular request (a nutcracker), which he bought and brought to us personally. The apartment was very clean, spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a very well-equipped kitchen. It's located in a condominium, close to supermarkets, 600 meters from a train station, and one stop from Santa Maria Novella station. We traveled for 30 days through Europe, and this was the best accommodation of all.

La posizione è vicinissima alla Stazione Leopolda ma con il bus si arriva facilmente in centro. Oppure con una passeggiata di 15 minuti.
Alloggio pulitissimo silenzioso , due belle camere da letto con bagni indipendenti e una cucina tinello.grande. Tutti i confort anche se noi abbiamo potuto sfruttare poco perché eravamo vi per un convegno alla Leopolda .
Proprietario gentilissimo e cordiale . Ci ha spiegato tutto in maniera minuziosa .
È raro trovare strotture del genere .
Secondo noi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
