Fantastic views from a fab central location

The Luxury apartment was very central and shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also can walk over the Bridge and over to the Titanic Exhibition. The view from the window of 23-05 was phenomenal.

That other people don’t treat luxury apartments like their own homes.

An amazing stay, Belfast was a great experience and we have the comfort of an apartment.

The view was great as we were on the 23rd floor. It was close enough to all the attractions. Beds were very comfortable. Just very nice throughout.

Would be nice to have a small milk in the fridge, as there was a couple sachets of coffee.

Misleading property description

Location

The property is advertised as a two bedroom apartment that sleeps 6 people, with 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed. We were given a different apartment to the one shown in the photos and there was no sofa bed. The host advised that there was a blow up bed in the storage cupboard. As we were a group of 5, we would not have booked this apartment if we had known there would be no sofa bed and that it was in fact a blow up bed. Very misleading listing and very disappointing for us on a family trip away. Property would be satisfactory if advertised as a two bed apartment that sleeps 4 people.

Wasn't expecting to to pay an admin fee for the privilege of leaving a security deposit It's owned/managed by a business, so don't expect any personal touches Access via the mobile app was not reliable Fixtures & fittings not great quality

Comfy beds, amazing views and great location for sse and city centre. Parking was available.

Pack your earplugs and sleeping masks

Location & Views were good

The noise! From the train track is below and the cars on the motorway. The blinds didn't block out the light. I feel like you would need earplugs and an eyemask to get a good nights sleep here. Extra charges for cot are ridiculous. I personally don't think you should have to pay extra for a cot. The deposit situation is a bit much for £250 or £30 wavier. Checkin not til 4pm, and you have to pay £10 extra per hour before if u request earlier check-in sounds ridiculous. Also, I didn't like the lockbox situation and were told not to speak to the security because they do not work for us a bit strange. Apartment is well kitted out although it would need some tlc in places like the fallen stick on tiles at the side of the bath and some bleach in the ensuite toliet, the shower door was a bit dodgy in there too. All in all there's a lot to be said for a hotel stay.

Buenas vista, piso nuevo y cómodo. Cocina equipada. Además tiene lavadora/secadora

Nos pasaron las indicaciones, tuvimos que encontrar una caja con un movil, que abría la puerta de abajo, y el anfitrión nos entregó la llave del piso. Lo mejor las vistas desde el salón y las 2 habitaciones. El televisor estaba roto, y el anfitrión nos trajo otro al dia siguiente
