Very modern and clean and location was perfect

All good no complaints other than a pint of milk and some more coffees and teas possibly.

Staff was incredibly helpful, we ran into the cleaning team and they were so lovely, gave us recommendations for things to see around town. The apartment was very clean, very nice.

My friends that slept on the pull out couch said it was a little uncomfortable- something about a metal rod being in a weird spot, but all in all we all enjoyed our stay.

The location was very convenient for exploring Belfast, and the secure parking gave us great peace of mind for our vehicle.

The apartment felt run down and needed a proper deep clean. The shower was broken, kitchen tiles were coming loose, and there were issues with other pieces of furniture. What I found surprising was a message from the management of the apartment requesting a deposit (it was handled via some system Truvi, that I’m not familiar with). It all sounded a bit sketchy, but we went though with it because the message stated the at failure to do so would mean cancellation of our booking. Transparency around deposits and basic unit maintenance need serious attention.
