Brilliant stay and most certainly would be back again.

Property was beautiful inside and out, views were exceptional and I’ve never seen a more modern apartment. There was 6 of us up and there was plenty of room for us all.

The apartment could get slightly cold if heat wasn’t on constantly. Also was a noise sensor that didn’t affect us at all but just wasn’t stated.

Everything about this apartment was fab. Great location, perfect for early flight from the city airport. Felt very modern and safe. Will definitely stay again

very disappointing start. Once we were back from dinner, and heat was on, it was Ok

When we checked in, the living roon was freezing. We increased the hear on the thermostat and nothing happened, Upon investiating the boiler, it was clear the boiler wasn't working. Rang the phone number given at check in and spoke to Peter, who said he wasn't aware of the issue. He sent a couple of contract staff within a few minutes. The girls said they know what the issue was - explained that there was no credit on the gas meter!!! Never experienced this before in a booking! I said the apartment was freezing and there was no hot water. We had just come back from a day in the city and we had been looking forward to a hot shower before going out for dinner. The same girls said because it was a 1 day let, thats why it was left with low credit. Anyway, they said it would be 1 hour for them to come back with the credit. We had to go out for dinner so we just waited with our coats on until it was time for us to go. I had asked Peter by text to ask the girls to leave the heating on so at least when we were coming back that the apartment would be warmer. This he said he would. And actually when we did get back, it was warmer. I sent a message to Andrew the guest relations manager via the Booking.com App about the gas issue at 6.31pm. At 7.02pm, I got what looked like a pre programmed welcome message wishing us well for the stay, and that he hope that we had settled in and enjoying the stay. At 8.03pm, I got another message reminding us that check out was 11am next day. Most likely pre scheduled generic messages!

Exceptionally clean, modern, luxury apartment in a convenient location to Belfast City Centre and the City Airport with safe parking and fabulous views.

Small beds, pillow comfort not to my personal preference.

Wardrobe in bedroom fell to pieces. Could have been dangerous as two very big sheets of mirror fell out

Absolutely abysmal

Our booking was cancelled literally as we got off the plane in Belfast. The host was a liar and really unhelpful

The host was a liar! I'd been in touch literally 48 hours before we got there and there wasn't a mention of 'storm damage ' which was the reason given for cancelling our booking 2 hours before we got there!

I would have appreciated more help from booking.com on this but even though I sent photographs of the damage proof I was

The location is good

The property had a horrible smell under the kitchen sink and a broken blind in the bedroom. We couldn’t use the blind or open it to let daylight in. This was disappointing as we had to pay a damage deposit before arrival so would have expected all to be in perfect working order. We did inform the property owners about this, however, our message was ignored. We then got a rude explanation that our stay was value for money for the season from the owner and still ignored our comments about the sink and broken blind. Avoid this chain of holiday rentals!!

Spacious and convenient for the City Airport.

Bed linen was clean but the pillows had a very unpleasant smell. Bathrooms also had an unpleasant smell.

Great location as close to airport and nearby Holywood .

The apartment is a bit tired - broken window blinds and lacked some things like tea towels or oven gloves which made taking things out of the oven a challenge. It feels a bit stark and commercial as no art or any finishing touches.

Amazing Location, not far from Belfast, modern style comfortable three bedroom flat

Location was excellent the building was very modern flat as excellent size and new furnishings and decor couldn’t ask for a better value

The side door when you open slams sit the neighbour at the bottom flat must get sick of that 😂

Unexpected city centre luxury!

Ended up being relocated to a smaller city centre apartment. Cannot fault the hosts who were super quick in providing updates and details of the new accommodation. Was initially disappointed as had our hearts set on the penthouse but the apartment was amazing, location was perfect and there was underground parking.

Could have done with a few more coat hangers.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Ultra modern. Clean. Spacious and we all got a room each

The property itself I can’t fault. The only problem we had was that the hairdryer had gone missing, however a replacement was left at our front door the following morning. Amazing customer service
