The apartment is a fully functioning apartment. It is a place someone could live in comfortably and is excellent for an extended stay in Rome. It is located just out of the city walls a 20 minute walk from Trevi station. The neighborhood comes alive at night with outside restaurants. A beautifully lit alley, lined with restaurants with patio eating was a real treat.
Staff were excellent, very responsive and helpful.
Nothing with the apartment or staff. Both are excellent. First impressions of the neighborhood was it felt very sketchy. At lot of graffiti. But it was fine and actually quite lively.
Steps from the colosseum? No not really. But excellent metro and bus service.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere la stazione Termini, fermate di autobus, tram e metro per raggiungere i vari monumenti e luoghi di interesse.
Appartamento al 3 piano con ascensore, ristrutturato molto carino e dotato di tutti i comfort (tv in ogni camera, condizionatore, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, lenzuola, cucina attrezzata, macchina del caffe e frigo/freezer a disposizione, bagno con dispenser sapone e asciugamani). Vicino a tante trattorie, bar, locali e negozietti. Alessio gentilissimo!

Good size bedrooms with comfy beds with air conditioning in each room. Secure property close to Roma Termini. Easy self check in. Lift to third floor apartment.

Super clean and comfortable, it truly feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect, nestled among charming cafes, lovely restaurants, a supermarket, and markets full of fresh vegetables and fruits. We genuinely felt at home and loved cooking and living like Romans, soaking in the local daily life.
Finding parking was challenging, but we managed to park on the street and split the fees.
