We found a lovely restaurant down the road that we went to each night. The bathroom had plenty of space. We had all of the conveniences that we needed close by, and a bus stop just outside. We were given excellent instructions for the buses.
Rooms were too big really, we needed to move the sofa into the middle of the room to be close enough to the TV to see it.
The bed had some inward lean on it - we slept OK but it was a little soft. The softness is just personal preference.

Location was fine with a lot of good restaurants close by. Bus stops right outside but we tended to walk everywhere, Colosseum was about half hour walk, Termini about 15 minutes

Everything. The fotos are the reality.
The air conditioner located in the living room isn’t as powerful as the one in the bedroom.
