Das Apartment hatte eine gute Raumaufteilung und die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt war alles sauber und in Ordnung. Besonders praktisch war die Lage, da sich Restaurants und Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe befanden. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Leider war die Küchenausstattung etwas enttäuschend. Die Teller waren bei unserer Ankunft noch fettig und mussten vor der Nutzung erst gereinigt werden. Außerdem gab es weder Geschirrtücher noch Küchenrolle, insgesamt war die Küche eher sporadisch ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung entsprach leider nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich, waren teilweise solche Gabeln und anderes Besteck in den Schubladen vorhanden. Auch die Lage hat uns nicht ganz überzeugt. Das Apartment befindet sich in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, und eine der Zufahrtsstraßen war abends durch viele Obdachlose geprägt, wodurch wir uns teilweise etwas unwohl gefühlt haben. Positiv ist allerdings, dass direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle liegt.

It was just what you needed for a short stay place. Good size. Very clean. Comfy beds.

The communication between guest and host could have been a bit better. I had asked a couple of questions and didn’t receive a response. Apart from that. Great stay and I would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean and modern, and had kitchen items for all my needs. Excellent location - bus stop to and from Roma Termini is immediately in front the building, and the option to walk is just 10 to 15 minutes; great restaurants and shops are just few steps away; surrounding area is clean, vibrant and safe.

I didn’t like the metal chairs around the dining table.
