The property was very clean and modern, and had kitchen items for all my needs. Excellent location - bus stop to and from Roma Termini is immediately in front the building, and the option to walk is just 10 to 15 minutes; great restaurants and shops are just few steps away; surrounding area is clean, vibrant and safe.
I didn’t like the metal chairs around the dining table.

Lovely clean apartment with comfortable bed, kitchen facilities and good air conditioning. Quiet
Like others the main issue is getting there from Termini along a slight seedy looking street. Once away from that it seems quite safe in and around the apartment.
Do not rely on Apple Maps to direct you. Use the address sent to you by the owner.

Lokalita naprosto perfektní! Sice nemám srovnání, v Římě jsme byli poprvé, ale právě proto mohu jen vřele doporučit lokalitu, protože je to kousíček pěšky jak od města, tak od nádraží, odkud se dostanete kamkoliv, včetně letiště. A navíc je ubytování hned u nejlepší cukrárny Gelato v Římě :-D
