Super plekje in hartje Napels. Precies waar je ook meekrijgt hoe (een deel van de) Napolitanen wonen en hun leven op straat. 2 straten verder beginnen de toeristenstraatjes, maar hier zit je er net buiten. Perfect dus. Ook de ontvangst, hulp en tips van de eigenaar waren super!
Komen zeker terug als we weer in Napels komen.
Alles beviel.

Wunderschönes Apartment im Herzen der historischen Altstadt von Neapel. Andrea, der Vermieter, ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er lässt keine Wünsche offen und macht den Aufenthalt in seinem schönen Apartment zu einem echten Vergnügen. Wir können dieses Apartment aufgrund der Ausstattung, der Lage und des superfreundlichen Vermieters zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

La struttura è nel centro storico di Napoli a pochi minuti dal Duomo e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale dei treni. E’ un appartamento in un vecchio palazzo che puo’ inizialmente destare qualche diffidenza .. ma subito impari che Napoli stessa ha una bellezza contraddittoria in cui la straordinaria ricchezza storico-monumentale convive ormai . cronicamente con problemi di gestione dei rifiuti, incuria strutturale specie nel centro storico . Superato questo luogo comune devo comunque dire che L’appartamento è un gioiellino perché è molto pulito e ospita tranquillamente 4 persone. l host Andrea e’ stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a dare consigli. Ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli anche oltre il check out. I due bagni sono comodi (ma solo uno ha la doccia.) La colazione si fa in casa con prodotti confezionate ma anche arance fresche, latte , caffè , the, qualche tisana . Inoltre Andrea rilascia un buono per una pasta o sfogliatella da prendersi nella piccola pasticceria a pochi metri. Frigo a disposizione, angolo cottura minimal ma sufficiente .
Per un week and secondo me è perfetto . Potrebbe dare fastidio il rumore dalla strada fino a tarda notte. Consiglierei di munirsi di tappi..ma siamo comunque state molto bene. Lo consiglierei .

Wer das ECHTE Neapel sucht findet nichts besseres. Es ist mitten in der Altstadt und man kann zu Fuß erkunden.
Andrea ist der Wahnsinn. Der Beste Gastgeber, Guide und immer zu jeder Uhrzeit hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon auf dem man den Abend noch ausklingen lassen kann und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.
