Capa e Coda Appartamento in centro storico

La struttura ha una posizione perfetta, in centro, a due passi da ogni zona di interesse. Per quattro persone va benissimo perché ha due camere da letto che garantiscono privacy ad entrambe le coppie e due bagni. Ha anche cucina con angolo cottura e piccolo salottino. Le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata anche se la casa resta comunque abbastanza fresca. L’host è davvero gentile e disponibile e la comunicazione è stata molto veloce. In struttura ci sono lenzuola, asciugamani e asciugacapelli.

The property was in a perfect location for what we wanted to do and see. Lots of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants. Easy to get around on foot or be picked up in a vehicle. The apartment was much larger than we expected, well equipped and 2 balconies, where we could people watch. It was immensely interesting. The Landord was a gem, very helpful and generous, always available by text/phone and very responsive. He helped us with the taxi back to the railway station. He also recommended some places to eat, which were excellent choices. My cousin and I would very happily stay there again.

Nothing that we didn't like, although we found the stairs challenging. We're both over 67 years old and found them a little steep and narrow. Our host was extremely helpful. He took our bags up for us. He was amazing. Smaller bags or back packs would have been no trouble at all.

Fantastic location, less than 100m from the Duoma. Quirky apartment with all the necessary facilities. Plenty of space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Excellent host, willing to offer suggestions on places to eat. He was Accommodating regarding arrival and departing times, allowing luggage to be left on the final day.

One shower was rather small. Could benefit from updating some elements.

Posizione ottima nel centro storico

L’appartamento ha bisogno di ristrutturazione, soffitto troppo basso in sala e in una delle camere. Trovato i bagni sporchi, il proprietario disponibile per rimediare l’inconveniente, ma i bagni sono troppo vecchi per il canone di pulizia, (muffa nelle piastrelle ) Inoltre le scale per entrare sono strette e anguste. Un peccato
