Arturo met us personally at the property and explained everything. He allowed us to checkin early as we larded early in Napoli and that was great. Arturo was always available during our stay to respond to question and provide advice. The checkout went smoothly too and he offered to keep our luggage so we can move around freely before heading to the airport. It was really a pleasure dealing with Arturo and we would stay there again for sure
Everything was great except the WiFi connection didn’t extend to all rooms on the flat
