Borgo 1313 Napoli

Lejligheden ligger i en travl gade, hvor der er meget aktivitet. Meget italiensk; små butikker, lokale beboer, vasketøj ud over altanerne, meget autentisk. Der er en portner , som sidder ved indgangen til lejlighedsbygningen, som er meget hjælpsom. Lejligheden er fint lydisoleret, så ingen problemer med støj fra gaden. Vi overnattede 7 nætter og havde god sms- kontakt med udlejer under opholdet.

Der er problemer med dårlig kloak-lugt på badeværelset

Ce logement est très bien placé pour visiter Naples. La gare est à 15 minutes à pieds ce qui nous a permis de prendre le train très facilement pour aller visiter Pompéi, Herculanum et le Vésuve. Le centre historique est également à 15 minutes à pieds. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le magasin COOP juste en bas de l'immeuble, très pratique . Nous avons aimé le balcon pour les petits déjeuners et le soir. Et malgré l'animation de ville dans la rue, l'appartement est très bien insonorisé, nous avons très bien dormi sans bruit. Le lit est très confortable. Le lave-linge en commun pour les 3 appartements est un vrai plus. Et enfin la grande disponibilité de Dominico qui a répondu à toutes nos questions.

Peut-être faudrait il prévoir une cafetière électrique car pour nous le traditionnel Moka est un peu petit.

Apartamentul este modern; baia foarte mare; curățenie exemplară. Locația este foarte aproape de toate facilitățile (un supermarket, o pizzerie, zona centrală, restaurante etc.). Proprietarul este foarte comunicativ și poate oferi orice informație, dacă i-o soliciți. Referitor la zonă, ne-am simțit în siguranță, chiar dacă părea cam frecventată de persoane de culoare. În centrul vechi se găsește la PUOK (Spaccanapoli) o varietate de sandvișuri. Deși nu sunt un mare fan al acestora, vă îndrum să le încercați, sunt extrem de gustoase. Acest loc mi-a schimbat complet părerea, referitor la acest preparat culinar!

Patul are o saltea incomodă, care și-a pierdut suportul, era prea moale. Acesta a fost singurul dezavantaj în apartament pentru noi. În ceea ce privește orașul, nu știu dacă aș mai reveni. Din păcate, este un oraș murdar, cu multe gunoaie pe străzi (pe lângă containerele preapline mișunau șobolani, gândaci), mirosuri; de asemenea, este foarte zgomotos, multe scutere care nu respectă nicio regulă, circulă anapoda, chiar și pe trotuare, astfel, trebuie să fii foarte atent(ă), iar circulația mașinilor este un haos total, parcă este o luptă pentru supraviețuire pe șosea. N-am găsit nicicum o pizza care să ne satisfacă gusturile, așa cum se zvonește, și nici chiar la pizzeria Da Michele. Îmi pare rău, dar orașul Napoli nu mi-a lăsat o impresie bună!

It was clean and the staff was nice. The location very convenient. It’s next to a market and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We were in the biggest room and it was very spacious.

There are four connected rooms/apartments so you get less privacy than most other Airbnbs or even hotel rooms. You can hear a lot of what’s happening outside and in other rooms. We were in a bigger group (6 people) and had two rooms so it was not ideal for our group. The host, although kind, bugged us every day with something we weren’t supposed to be doing. It got annoying and nitpicky. It seems like there was a bit of a trade off. While the host would bug you often for the sake of other guests, you could also bug them at any time and they were quick to respond. That said, I think you can get a better stay for a better value.
