La disponibilité et reactivité du propriétaire, tres agréable pour tous renseignements. L'appartement est tres bien agencé, parfaitement pour notre famille de 2 enfants. Solution parking a proximité, ou gare facilement accessible a pieds.

Everything was great. Very clean apartment, quiet neighbourhood, bed is great, pillows are on the thinner side, but there were additional pillows in the closet, so we definitely could sleep peacefully.
When we arrived there were snacks and drinks in the kitchen, which we were very thankful for.
The location is great.. short 10 minutes (or less) taxi ride to the city center and airport.
Communication with the owner is great.
The bathroom has everything you need, but it could use an update. The shower is not very specious and hot and cold water was difficult to balance out. But even this is not a deal breaker.

Apartment was clean, spacious and beds and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was near (but not too close) to the central railway station enabling us to travel from airport on bus (bus stop next to station) when we arrived and to catch train to Rome when we left, as well as allowing easy travel to sites outside city (Pompeii Herculaneum etc) and city transport.
Host were friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions and were flexible as regards check in time.
One thing I didn't like was that the internal doors in the apartment were glass which you could see through so this meant there was very little privacy. I would prefer opaque doors.

Lovely spacious apartment , gated access, friendly neighbours

Close to train amd bus station, grocers/ supermarket within 5 mins walk, amazing choice of fresh food
Easy access to Naples city Pompei and Hurculaneum
A lot of rubbish on street outside
Shutters a bit temperamental
Shower very hot or cold
