The host conveyed all the details precisely. The apartment rooms and facilities were the same as described in the advertisement. The apartment was clean and beautiful. The complementary (good quality) coffee, along with milk in the refrigerator, helped us a lot after a long day in the city and to kick-start our morning.
Slightly better directions could have been provided for the exact location of the apartment after entering the main building. But it was a minor thing.

The property is fully new - exactly as shown on the pictures. It is walking distance from the train station. It has three double beds and a large terrace. There is a shop for essentials nearby and many restaurants. Riccardo was super responsive and gave us flexible checkout as the apartment was not booked again that day. We had a great stay using this apartment as a base to visit Pompei and the Amalfi coast.
The apartment is in a side street in an older building but this is the case for most of Naples so not an issue.
