From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff, who genuinely seemed to care about making my stay memorable. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made me feel right at home. The building itself is a stunning blend of vintage architecture and tasteful decor, evoking a sense of nostalgia. Each corner tells a story, with beautifully preserved details that make you feel as though you’ve stepped into a different era. The ambiance is serene and cinviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the vibrant streets of Cairo. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. My room was impeccably maintained, and the common areas were equally spotless, allowing for a truly comfortable experience. While the offerings were delicious, a bit more variety would enhance the experience, catering to a wider range of tastes. Additionally, considering the inclusion of a fitness center would be a fantastic enhancement, allowing guests to maintain their wellness routines during their stay.

AMAZING interior design. Really every corner of the hotel felt like a piece of art. Exceptional staff and service (especially Ezat who helped us check in at 3 am). Great value for money. Excellent location. Clean rooms and facilities. 10/10

Location - to walk around Zamalek. Overall ambience does resonate a Boutique feeling

Rooms are too small. Not Value for Money. Breakfast - requested Ketchup and a Toaster to toast Bread and was flatly said "NO". Difficult to locate - we went around three times. Its on 5th floor of a building with a old fashioned small lift.
