The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Specifically the housekeeping staff, the staff at the breakfast buffet and Aya at the front desk.
Prices for some food and drinks were unreasonably expensive.
The hotel does not serve alcohol, which may be a drawback for some guests.

By the Nile and give a good view of it
Some of the staff aren’t friendly and are not good at offering their services . The housekeeper staff were very helpful especially Ramadhan and Ahmad.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel with our family. The staff were polite, attentive, and always smiling, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were consistently available and happy to help with anything we needed.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. Our room overlooking the Nile had a stunning view, which made our family stay even more special.
We are certain that we will return next year and will definitely bring more friends with us. Highly recommended.

The second room was clean and spacious
Seventh floor room with windows blowing wide open, scarily dangerous. Second room.okay. Tour desk a total rip off.
