La atención del personal fue buena, buen servicio de alimentos, el hotel es antiguo pero todo en orden y comodo.

Podrian considerar la remodelación del hotel, pero en general una buena alternativa a buen precio. La ubicación es buena cerca del Nilo.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The rooms, both the old and the renovated ones, were not clean. The air conditioning in some rooms was not working, and there were insects in the bathrooms. In addition, some of the elevators were out of service, and the bathrooms are in need of maintenance and renovation. What was even more disappointing was that the room rates are very high considering all these issues. For a five-star hotel, the overall quality and service do not meet the expected standards. I hope the management addresses these problems to improve the guest experience.
