Kempinski Nile Hotel, Cairo

We literally booked here while walking out from a previous booking that was so dirty we couldn’t stay. The difference was worlds apart, the warm greeting from all the staff, check in was smooth and efficient and we were in our room in minutes. The room was smaller than expected but not uncomfortably so. It was clean, the view over the river was pleasant and the balcony had seating to enjoy the cooler evenings. The room had very good amenities and provisions and the room service menu is very varied, with extremely good service too. Downstairs is a coffee shop, the coffee is delicious and the man running it,very friendly and a credit to the place. The hotel itself is easy enough to reach and walkable to Tahir Sq, shops and museums. All in a very safe bet for a short stay.

My 9 nights stay at Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo was excellent in every aspect. The reception team was professional and welcoming, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the rooms were elegant, clean, and very comfortable. What truly makes this hotel special is its flexibility and personalized service, always ensuring guests feel valued and cared for. What also distinguishes this hotel from other Kempinski properties is that the team is fully made up of local nationals, reflecting authentic hospitality, professionalism, and a unique local touch that made the experience even more memorable.

Lovely hotel. Staff were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was incredible wow the variety. The pool was nice and views so lovely we wanted to see the Nile and this was a great way to see it.

Good location, lovely room and very friendly staff.

Sometimes the music at the pool was too loud-particularly when people want to chill out after a day of sightseeing. However, the staff turned it down when asked.
