    Unfortunately, this hotel was very disappointing. I booked it because it was advertised as a 5-star hotel, but the reality was completely different. From the beginning, there was a long wait at check-in even though I had a reservation, and there was only one person working at the reception desk. My room was on the fourth floor, and there was a construction project right next to the hotel. The noise from the construction work and the traffic was constant and very disturbing. On the second day, I contacted the reception and was told that I would be moved to another room before 2:00 PM. That was not true. I was neither moved nor given any update, and my request was simply ignored. The bathroom did not have a bidet spray, and when I first entered the room, there were urine stains on the toilet. Housekeeping repeatedly knocked on my door and even entered the room in the morning under the pretext of cleaning. Overall, this was a very poor experience and far below what I would expect from a 5-star hotel.

    I had a wonderful experience at Ramses Hilton. The hotel facilities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was helpful throughout my stay. The location is very convenient for exploring Cairo and offers beautiful views of the city and the Nile. One thing I particularly liked was the availability of hookahoptions, which were of good quality and available 24/7, making it easy to relax at any time of the day. The hotel's restaurants, amenities, and overall service made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

    Extremely poor hygiene of the room , i have witnessed many spiders ๐Ÿ•ท๏ธ and insects inside the room .. the cleaners of room services and luggage carriers are almost begging clearly to get topped BY FORCE ! Even upon my checkout Mr Muneer refused even to hand my bag to me as he tries to beg a tip and money BY FORCE from me! The room i took was non smoking but j can smell the smoke everywhere in the floor in a strong way! Although i have a disease bronchial asthma where i can not tolerate the smoke smell and fumes but it was dis respectful to lie at me by putting me in a smoking floor! The view was very bad and poor Ms Fatima ghe manager was poorly managing my booking and always acted busy and disrespectful! Not worth the stay here at all! Not recommending it
