The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is great in a very quiet part of the city. A lot of restaurants nearby and views of the Nile river. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good, the views from the terrace at night are pleasant.

This is simply THE BEST place to stay in Cairo! Amazing view of the river Nile on a relatively quiet neighbourhood. Excellent staff. Friendly and kind. Crimson Grill Bar on the roof top is a great choice to have breakfast or enjoy your dinner and drink something. Superb value for money for what it offers. Definitely a reason to want to come back.

Too much noise every night until 2 am from the restaurant. Besides, they charged us more than the booking price as they applied a different exchange rate. Then, after we checked in, we noticed that the room was a standard category, not a deluxe one that we booked. When we reported that, they accepted to apply a discount, and updated the reservation details on booking, but never refunded the difference (90$). The breakfast is mentioned on booking as available, for 12$, but it wasn’t. We had to take breakfast at the restaurant (à la carte).
