On the positive side, Joseph at reception was excellent.. welcoming, proactive and attentive. He ensured my room met my request and followed up after check-in, which was appreciated.
A special mention also goes to Mohammed Qamar from housekeeping, who went above and beyond with a thoughtful and creative gesture that truly made our stay memorable.
At checkout, Nader and Mr Abdulkareem handled feedback professionally, listened carefully and showed accountability.
Service inconsistencies, poor communication, delays in basic requests and quality control significantly impacted the stay, however, management acknowledged the issues and committed to improvement.
