Excellent service, kind, smart staff

Although all rooms are designated as non-smoking, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke during my stay. The Saray Restaurant has a beautiful setting, but I believe the food quality could be improved to better match the prices. I understand that Nile-view rooms are naturally exposed to more outside noise, but better soundproofing or higher noise-isolation windows would make a significant difference. It was difficult to take an afternoon nap and sometimes challenging to sleep at night. Other than these points, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

Warm, attentive staff made a clear difference particularly Nader at the front desk and Mohammed Qamar from house keeping, who consistently went above and beyond to create a welcoming and memorable experience. There were genuine moments of care, professionalism and effort that stood out and are worth recognizing. The newly renovated, fully electrical suite is also a strong upgrade, offering a modern and sustainable concept that adds to the overall appeal of the property.

The stay was affected by repeated operational gaps, and delays in basic services. Communication was often reactive rather than proactive, and some interactions felt procedural instead of service-driven. However, management acknowledged the issues and committed to improvement.
