We had a very good stay in a great location. The apartment is close to the main street, shops, restaurants and many attractions, but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful inside. Communication with the owner was excellent. He was very helpful and always replied very quickly.
The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Another big plus is the parking, security and controlled access to the building, so you feel safe. There is also a nice small rooftop pool and a gym in the building.
I think this is a really good place to stay in Playa del Carmen and I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was clean and the building is nice and modern. Super well located
It would of been nice if they had beach chairs to bring to the beach. Also the chairs at the pool are not so comfortable
