Skyline condo is located in the highly renowned area of "Mamitas"! Everything you need is within reach – the incredible Caribbean sea, the famous 5th Avenue, and the best beach clubs in town!

This cozy one-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples or solo adventurers. It features a king-size bed, air conditioning, a full bathroom, ample closet space, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, wireless internet, and cable television. The apartment includes a terrace with patio furniture and a living room for relaxation with access to Netflix. Additionally, there is a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two people. With all the conveniences of modern life, this condo is located near the beach and in close proximity to Playa del Carmen's trendiest avenue, 5th Avenue.

Occupancy:
Guests must adhere to the agreed-upon number of occupants. Exceeding this limit results in the loss of the security deposit, with guests required to vacate immediately.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit, via credit card (Visa/MasterCard), is required upon arrival. For guests without a credit card, a cash deposit (USD or Mexican Pesos) is necessary during check-in. The deposit is lifted after inspection, but any damages are deducted.
Responsibilities:
The signing guest is responsible for payment and adherence to the agreement's terms. Responsibility extends to other individuals on the property.
Prices and Property:
No guarantees exist regarding subsequent rental prices or property availability.
Constructions and Repairs:
Maintenance is prioritized, but no reimbursement is provided for accessory malfunctions. Construction noises are unavoidable; however, efforts will be made to address issues favoring guest comfort.
Refunds:
No refunds are issued if guests choose to leave before the scheduled departure date.
Hurricane Evacuation Policy:
No reimbursement in the event of a hurricane or natural disaster. Guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance.
Services:
No reimbursement for service closures (internet, water, power) beyond control. Lockers containing owners' personal items are off-limits.
Additional Property Usage:
Unauthorized usage (parties, non-residential purposes) may result in loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.
Property and Security:
No responsibility for additional furniture. Lock doors/windows, adhere to rules. Guests exonerate Happy Address from legal responsibilities.
Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for their safety and that of others on the property. Absolution from Happy Address for accidents, damages, or losses.
Conclusion:
Agreement valid with guest adherence. Happy Address can terminate for non-compliance or non-payment.
Legal Responsibility:
Happy Address not responsible for situations arising from the agreement execution. Guests decide on termination or property non-usage.
Exoneration:
Guests accept exoneration of Happy Address, owners, agents, and employees from lawsuits, damages, or costs arising from the agreement's execution and service use.

The condo was perfect for our needs in Playa Del Carmen. Had everything we needed although we never figured out the electric safe in the room.
Only potential downside is you can hear the music from the bar across the street so if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue.
Great pool on the rooftop that we enjoyed.

Located near everything on 5th and just a short walk to the ferry to go over to Cozumel. The two restaurants across the street have live bands at night for great entertainment even while enjoying the rooftop pool. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. Great condo for the price!

Apartment was in decent shape. It is right across the street from two open bars that both have live bands every night so definitely not a quiet place. This would be fine if you are planning on enjoying the night life on fifth avenue but if you are looking for a quiet place this isn't for you. This property uses an off-site property manager so you will have to schedule a time to check in and check out. It's close to the beach though and has a good internet. It also has a front and back sitting area that is open air. I didn't see anyone in the pool for the two days that I stayed there which was nice. Tons of restaurants within just a few blocks of here
