Location - stepping distance to 5th Avenue, and a few blocks from the sea. Nice modern apartment - comfortable.
No information about the area in the apartment. Location of supermarket / laundry, good restaurants and things to do. A washing machine or dish washer would be a good thing to add, but we were aware of this when we booked. Comunal stairways need maintenance. The lift was not working and the flooring around the pool is damaged and worn. Furniture around the pool also needs replacing. But it didn’t spoil our stay.
