We were pleasantly surprised by the space within the property, and how comfortable and clean it was with thoughtful treats left for us on arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice cool house downstairs during the hot weather we experienced. The garden was perfect for our dog and there was nice outside seating on the patio. The village had excellent amenities, we enjoyed takeaways from 2 local places, visited the Tesco express and a lovely cafe. We enjoyed walks along the nearby beaches and it’s only a short drive to Hunstanton.

The only thing we could criticise was the proximity to the local pub which is just across the road. Our first 2 nights there was quite loud music until 11pm and we had windows open due to the hot weather so that wasn’t ideal with children going to bed.

A lovely comfortable cottage. The dog enjoyed the enclosed garden. We were surprised by the provisions (milk, juice, coffee etc), gifts (chocolates & wine) and postcards we could send which were there when we arrived - thank you.

Excellent property, super clean, spacious and brilliant location. Lovely enclosed garden next time will definitely bring my dog. The extras were well received too, milk, juice, wine, biscuits and a tub of heroes. Overall fantastic
