The kitchen is equipped with modern essentials, including a stovetop and microwave convection oven, giving you everything needed to prepare simple meals and snacks during your stay.
Located directly across from Moody Beach, with multiple public beach access points just .2–.4 miles away, you can easily spend your days walking the shore, enjoying the surf, and soaking in one of New England’s most beautiful coastal settings.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house exceeded our expectations. We were able to get in a little early and our beach vacation started immediately. The house had everything we needed without being cluttered. We loved how spacious it felt with the sun porch and deck. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home and the furnishings and the seaside home decor were perfection. There was plenty of room for all of us. I especially liked the front porch with the comfy couches and wonderful windows to hear the ocean. The beach access was close by. The extra beach chairs and wheeling beach wagon was an added bonus. This was one of the most peaceful and relaxing vacations I’ve been on in the most recent years.
