Come relax, unwind, and rejuvenate in the salt air at this peaceful place to stay, a short 1/2-mile walk to sandy Crescent Beach. Public beaches in Wells and Moody are a short distance away. Spend the day at the shore and come back for drinks and sunset on the deck overlooking the marsh. This house is a private cottage, close to shopping, restaurants, and all the excitement of this popular beachside community.

Note: rentals from June 25th-September 4th are weekly rentals only.

This is a 3-bedroom property with a cathedral ceiling common area and compact but fully furnished galley-style kitchen. 2 bedrooms are upstairs in the main living area of the cottage, and the third is a separate entry basement living space with its own bathroom and kitchenette.

Please note, although this home sleeps 8 people, with two small bedrooms in the main house and a studio apartment in the basement (with a separate entry), it is a small house (Approx. 600 sq. ft in the main house and 400 sq. ft in the basement). It's the perfect retreat for exploring all that Wells and coastal Maine have to offer. But it's a tight space for all guests to spend time together all at once. The rental only allows for 2 cars, as there are 2 parking spaces for this house. No cars are allowed to park along the narrow stretch of the driveway.

Please no smoking in or around the property. We do not want to pick up cigarette butts in the yard or on the driveway. The driveway although a part of our property is an excess point for several houses.

This is a residential neighborhood, with many year round residents, so please no loud noises after 10PM and respect the space and privacy of our neighbors.
