Great property located right on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs. There are several shade structures further back from the water. We did rent chairs and umbrellas. There were a couple chairs, a small umbrella , and a floatie also available in the condo left from past guests which was definitely a bonus.

Great rental in Siesta Key. We visit Siesta at least once per year and have been visiting for around 15 years. This has been one of the best rentals we have had. We came with our family - two adults and two kids, 8 and 4 years old. It was great having direct access to the beach.

The place was mostly clean. The bedroom we had was not the cleanest. Big red stain on the comforter. Maybe blood? The main complaint we had with the air-conditioning works inmost of the unit but our bedroom never got that cool. To the point that we had fans going. The ceiling fans didn’t really do anything. I reached out to the owners and their reason was that the unit was west facing. That’s kind of ridiculous when the rooms that were West facing were the coolest.
