Villa 12 at the Island House was Wonderful! It was exactly as advertised. Me, my husband, our 18 year old and 22 year old all enjoyed our week there. The villa was spacious and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fridge having water and ice was a huge deal for us since we drink a lot of water. The beds were comfortable. We loved the beach and the proximity to the villa. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the sand. We rode the free Breeze to restaurants and shops, which the stop was right in front of our gated complex and ran every 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend staying at Villa 12, it will not disappoint! If we decide to vacation again in siesta Key, we will return here.

Loved the beach access and how it wasn't too populated. Also loved the option of the pool. Friendly people, clean and exactly as advertised.

Gorgeous villa, super clean and beautifully maintained. Our favorite part was the easy access to the beach—it made the whole trip feel effortless and relaxing.This was a girls’ getaway with four of us, and it truly couldn’t have been better. We had the most wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!
