Guests have access to the bayside park which is a quiet spot to enjoy sunrise, views of Downtown Sarasota and the occasional dolphin and manatee sighting! Just a short walk across Midnight Pass Road takes you to the white sands of top-rated Siesta Key Beach. Here guests have access to Horizons West’s private beach, two pools, a hot tub, cabanas, beach chairs, grills and ...hammocks for a perfect beach day!
Villa F3 is a spacious and modern coastal unit with new furnishings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher) and everything you need for food storage and meal preparation. Off the kitchen is an eat-in dining room to enjoy your meals or family game nights. The living room and lanai are perfect for families to spread out and relax. The lanai includes a desk for those guests that may need a place to work remotely as well as a cozy day bed where you can read a book or just enjoy views of the tree lined street outside. The villa has two beautifully appointed bedrooms: a master suite with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed as well as built-in bunk beds that are perfect for families of 5! Updated smart TVs with high-speed internet (WiFi) are featured in the living room and both bedrooms. The villa has a covered patio with a table and chairs, a grill, and an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand.
