About this house rental
Relax w/ the whole family at our large 2400 sqft South Boulder home. On a quiet street, but a 3-5 minute walk to the grocery, a brewery, several restaurants, bars, & coffee shops. Large kitchen w/ ALL the amenities, 2 living rooms, PING PONG TABLE, Game Room, 3 updated bathrooms. Large deck w/ grill in the back yard, comfy outdoor furniture. 3 upstairs bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 twins) and 2 upstairs baths, along with 1 private downstairs Master Bed/Bath (queen bed). BEST location, 7 min to Pearl!
The Space and Amazing Location:
As you enter the house, you walk an open dining room / kitchen area with a table that can be expanded to comfortably seat 8 people. The kitchen counter also seats 2 at barstools. The kitchen is FULLY equipped for cooking/baking, and also has a separate area with supplies for making coffee and tea (with an electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker). From the kitchen, you can continue straight back into a large living room with an L-shaped couch, a bookshelf with a Bluetooth stereo system, and a work desk. This space is PERFECT for entertaining a group of friends/family.
Down the hall from the kitchen are the three upstairs bedrooms. To the left are two bedrooms with single beds, dressers, and desks. To the right is a recently updated full bathroom and then the master bedroom, which has a California King bed and two dressers. The master bath, which has also been recently updated with a great shower, is attached.
From the other side of the kitchen, you can also take the stairs down to the carpeted basement, which is relatively bright due to two large windows. After you come down the stairs, there is a ping pong table to the left, and a huge shelf with TONS of board games and other very random, fun and quirky items. Just past the living area is the downstairs bedroom, which has a queen bed. The downstairs bathroom, which includes a shower, is attached to this bedroom. A laundry / utility room with a stacked washer/dryer is also in the basement, just off from living area.
You can exit the living room upstairs through French doors to our large outside deck with a grill, dining table, and other outdoor furniture. Cushions are available for the furniture in a large storage box on the deck. The back yard has a large apple tree and space for kids to play.
You will be in the BEST LOCATION. You will be within a 3-5 minute walk to two grocery stores and some of the BEST restaurants in Boulder. You will literally be 1 block away from a few of Boulder's staples restaurants -Southern Sun (best brew pub in Boulder), Snarf's (best sandwich in Boulder), Mo's Broadway Bagels, Southside Walnut Cafe, Illegal Pete's (burritos), and Abo's Pizza; two coffee shops (Boxcar and Neptune); and many other businesses (a bike rental shop, athletic shoe store, Neptune Mountaineering, barber shops, yoga studio, etc.)

The house is immaculately clean and has a lot of character! It's a bright, quirky, relaxing, and fun house! You will feel like you are right at home, it has a very home-like vibe to it!
