THE SPACE
Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms give larger groups or families plenty of room to spread out. The home is thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped — everything you'd need for a week or a month. Step outside to a private backyard with raised garden beds, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with the Flatirons in view.

Table Mesa sits at the base of the foothills, and the mountain views here are the real thing — not a distant sliver, but the full sweep of the Flatirons and the ridgeline framing your backyard.

This is the neighborhood Boulder locals actually want to live in. Three blocks from Shanahan Ridge Trailhead (direct access to 30+ miles of trails), a short walk to grocery stores, parks, and Boulder Creek, and the Skip bus stops right outside the door — a direct line past CU and into Pearl Street and Downtown Boulder. No car needed for most of what you'll want to do.

Our family of 4 rented Jeff’s house for the summer and couldn’t have been happier. Our kids loved the books and games, particularly the foosball table, and we were thrilled to have a fully stocked kitchen and beautiful views conveniently located to everything. Jeff is also a great host - extremely responsive and went out of his way to get our son a bike for the summer.

Five stars. The location in South Boulder can't be beat. You go out the front door in the morning and look out at the mountains, with great hiking just minutes away. The house is comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen. And the property owner bent over backward to make sure that we had everything we needed. There is a bit of noise and light that comes in from the bedroom window at night, but nothing of any real concern.
