***Construction Notice:
Please be advised that the property is undergoing a building-wide renovation project. Contractor mobilization began August 17, 2026, with mock-up/test unit construction taking place August 17–28, 2026. Full construction is scheduled to begin September 8, 2026, with anticipated completion by May 14, 2027. During this time, guests may experience construction-related noise, including drilling and grinding, as well as dust and vibration during construction hours. Construction will primarily take place Monday through Friday from 7 AM- 5 PM, with occasional weekend work if needed. Certain common areas may also experience temporary restrictions or closures as construction progresses. The property's pool and splash pad may have temporary closures during the winter months. We have scheduled our unit closures around required balcony construction to avoid having guests stay in the unit when the balcony is required to be closed. However, construction activity elsewhere in the building may still be visible or audible during your stay.***
Phoenix V 1105 is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condominium offering amazing views from the 11th floor.
• Access to the Gulf-front balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed in your home away from home. The dining table seats eight, with four additional barstools at the counter.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• The living area includes a sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The second bedroom also has a king-size bed.
• The third bedroom features two queen-size beds.
• Skip the long lines - keyless entry provides seamless check-in and check-out.
• A maximum of two vehicles is allowed. Upon arrival, guests are required to purchase parking passes at the front desk ($55 each, plus tax; limit two per unit, credit or debit cards only).

This is my first time doing this and it will not be my last. Phoenix V 1105 did not disappoint! I didn’t want to leave and contemplated adding yet another day to my stay, but that would’ve required me calling off work The condo was very nice and suitable for my family’s needs, it had everything we needed to have a nice little mid-week break. Sitting on the balcony early in the morning taking in all of Orange Beach’s beauty was cathartic for me. Can’t wait to come back!

There was a loud clanging sound all throughout the walls and ceiling on our second night. It was so loud for about 3 hours that we couldn’t sleep in any of the three bedrooms. I reached out to the property manager at 1:30 am but didn’t hear back until 8:30am.
