Highly recommend! Checking in was easy- room was ready on time and I received a door code 1 hour before check in. There is a 55 parking pass fee, which I was aware of before arrival. It was easy to purchase at the front desk. The unit was clean throughout. Kitchen was supplied with needed dishes, utensils and cookware. There were a few crockpots in the unit- this was not listed specifically and something I wish I knew for meal planning. There are a few grocery stores nearby so shopping and making meals in the unit was easy! The king beds in both the primary bedroom and additional bedroom were very comfortable. The 2 double beds in the 3rd bedroom made a lot of noise as you move, and were not as comfortable. Plenty of pillows and bath towels were provided for our family of 4. Overall, we loved our stay, and would definitely come back!

The room was accurate to the pics. Very nice. There wasn't a pantry for food available, so had to tweak cabinet space to accommodate. It was a nice condo to stay in, and the beachfront view was beautiful.

The location and building were great. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in the building and always enjoy the centra location. Our kids love the splash pad and pool and there is easy access to the beach. This particular unit was outdated and definitely needs some touch ups. The mattresses in the room with double beds were not very good quality. My 4 year old slept in there and luckily he is small and didn’t seems to notice. The biggest complaint is that we arrived for our 3:00 check in and the cleaning lady was still in the unit cleaning. She told us she was almost done but we proceeded to wait 30 more minutes outside the door with all of our carts and things. After re entering and checking on a time frame she told us we could put our things in the front rooms as she was done in there. As we were doing this, she abruptly left. She left without vacuuming the rug and I guess the carpets either because when I followed her out to ask she said there was no vacuum in the unit and she just left. I went to check and there was in fact a vacuum in the laundry room. So that was a disappointing start to our stay especially after a long travel day with kids. The management company was helpful and offered to send someone back to clean. I refused that at this point but they sent over complimentary gift cards for dinner. That was a nice gesture.
