About this house rental
Lovely artful cottage nestled in town among mature trees on a quiet lot a short walk to town and Lake Michigan beaches,
Our home has three bedrooms, perfect for a party of 6. One queen bedroom downstairs. The upstairs primary bedroom is large and full of light with a king size bed and a toddler size day bed. There is a TV as well as a walk in closet. The additional upstairs bedroom has a full size bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and windows that open to let in the cool summer breeze.
There are two full sized bathrooms, one upstairs with a tub/shower and one down with a full size walk-in shower. Towels, Shampoo and Conditioner, and hairdryers are provided.
The cottage kitchen is well stocked with a 12 cup drip coffee maker and tea kettle. We do not have a dishwasher but do provide paper products if you choose to keep things simple. Of course there are cleaning supplies and drying racks for doing dishes at the house, we hope you will enjoy the simple task and gratification of washing dishes.
Plenty of room inside for gathering, games, and meal time. The open floor plan on the main level offers a comfy seating area, new smart TV (Netflix provided) small cafe table, and dining space near the kitchen for everyone to enjoy.
The garage has been converted into a hang pad with ping pong table, foosball table, and TV. There is a beach wagon and beach towels.
Outside there is a small patio and grill as well as a private fire pit.

The house had a lot of amenities which we never had a chance to use. We were In Charlevoix for a wedding so we never had the opportunity to use the fire pit or all the games that were available. House was clean and well stocked.
