Great little house and perfect location for biking weekend! We were able to walk downtown easily after biking to Petoskey all day. There are two twin beds upstairs and a bunk bed for teens or small kids.

Mostly fine. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had ok amenities. However, Both beds in the downstairs bedrooms were old and terrible! We all had very sleepless nights. Not worth the money.

This Christmas the family decided to give time and make memories. That is exactly what we did. Perfect place to do so. The cottage is clean and in a perfect spot. We will be back!

Good location. Property is dated. Needs TLC. Photos do not show size of rooms accurately. Cable TV did not work luckily Son in Law was able to fix it. Overall it was an average experience
