IMPORTANT MESSAGE !!!....DURING THE MONTHs OF JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST, BETWEEN MEMORIAL DAY AND LABOR DAY, WE REQUIRE A SEVEN (7) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY BETWEEN SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. 209 W. Hurlbut. Charlevoix Family Home - beautiful home, completely updated. One block into town, four blocks from Lake Michigan. Two thousand square feet. Three bedrooms upstairs (one king, one queen, one double and two twin beds). full size crib. Two full bathrooms - upstairs bathroom was completely remodeled in 2022!!! Two full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Double bed in fourth bedroom downstairs. Huge kitchen with island/bar stools and kitchen table that seats eight. Height chair. Two central air conditioners/furnaces- one on each floor. Two furnaces as well for winter stays.
All appliances, including washer and dryer , big screen TVs with Rokus in every single room, including the kitchen. Huge fenced-in backyard with deck and brand new built-in hot tub as of July 2022. Firepit and firewood included. Kids swing set, built-in sandbox. and tree house. Brand-new natural gas Barbeque and Picnic Table on Backyard Deck for dinner/entertaing. Year-round living - all linens, towels, beach towels, Beach chair, silverware, all cooking utensils, etc. Real Wood Fireplace with Firewood icluded. Rent by the week or long weekend (depending on the season). Rates are determined by season.
Please note that our brand-new hot tub is available all year round!! We do not close it in the winter. If the review says the hot tub was down this was only for a couple of months last winter and we replaced it with a brand new high-end unit.
Newly constructed front porch with seating for eight or more and tables for hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Also, beautiful landscaping throughout the entire property!!
Also, please note that the entire house has been updated. Including brand new marble bathroom and standup shower upstairs.
Additionally, we just created a brand new computer/office set up for work at home capabilities with three monitors, printer and scanner. We also have Spectrum high speed Wi-Fi Internet.

Loved our stay in Charlevoix at Andrew’s property! Walking distance to restaurants, downtown shopping, the City marina and amphitheater, library, Lake Michigan beaches, lighthouse and ice cream! Our grand children loved the play yard under the huge shade trees, great entertainment when you’re done for the day! Easy check-in/out process, house amenities and super nice host. Would definitely recommend a stay!

The home was perfect for our family - great location, amenities and host. Easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping, and close to skiing. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to spread out, washer and dryer, kids really enjoyed the hot tub!

This is a great location-close to downtown and the Michigan beach and a pretty quiet neighborhood. Backyard is wonderful and deck is nice. The main concern is that it is listed as sleeping 10, but only sleeps 8. Cribs should not count as beds. We had to buy a double inflatable mattress to make up the difference. Beds are generally old and soft except the one downstairs. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are old and need help. Sink in downstairs bathroom has little water pressure. Washer /dryer downstairs a steep stairs in very unfinished basement.
