The Hurlbut House is the PERFECT setup for traveling families in Downtown Charlevoix.
A very accessible home with a large 1st Floor Master Queen-Suite / Full Private Bathroom. (No Stairs)
4 total Bedrooms onsite, 3 additional bedrooms upstairs, private driveway, great yard and tons of child accommodations.
Smart Central AC & Heat onsite
The best location for exploring all of the Charlevoix County: Beaches, Swimming, Shopping, Skiing, Hiking, Golfing, and my favorite Eating and playing :)
***Access our home using May Street during busy summer season, no bridge crossing required, walk 1 block downtown smiling…no stress trying to park or cross our busy draw bridge during the festive summer season.
Very child friendly home: 1 Jogger, 2 pack & plays, 2 sound machines, 1 baby monitor, kids plates, bottles, silverware, highchair, lots of kids games and beach toys.
Lots of games and outdoor toys.
Business class Wi-Fi / Remote working true fiber optic.

We loved this house and location. It's very comfortable, and equipped and furnished with kids in mind, too. The owners' care and attention to detail really shows through, just like their other properties. I have never had a better VRBO experience than renting their well-managed properties for my son's wedding.

Impeccable property!! They have everything you could possibly need! Close to everything!! Highly, highly recommend. We would have no problem staying here again and bringing family or friends!! The owners are a dream to deal with! Do not hesitate booking any of their properties!!
